1. Ensure you have Partner Status
    (This is visible from your Dashboard in the Partners Box). If you do not have a Partners Box, please contact the Program representative for the Program you are a part of and they will help you finalize your partnership status.

  2. Determine your next training
    You may offer any course available in World Impact U in the Program(s) for which you are an approved Partner.

  3. Select a Facilitator:
    Determine who will be the facilitator for your training.

  4. Advertise your training
    Set up a way to register your students and collect funds from your student – we give instructions on how to use Eventbrite if you are interested.

  5. Purchase Seats for your class
    On your Dashboard, click on Purchase seats for the Program you are a part of. Be sure to use the same email address to purchase the seats as you use for your World Impact U login. Have your receipt ready for the step 7 “Register Your Class”.

  6. Prepare a student file
    If you used Eventbrite to register your students, you can download that file and upload it in the Smartsheet form. If you used an alternative method to register your students, please list your class info and student on this spreadsheet and upload it on the Class Registration Form.

  7. Register Your Class. 
    Click on Register Your Class from Dashboard and complete the form. You will need to upload the Seat Receipt from Step 5, and the Student File from Step 6. You will receive an email notification that you class has been set up in World Impact U. (PLEASE NOTE: If you host your training outside of World Impact U, you can upload your class roster AFTER your training, using the appropriate form link found in #13 below.)

  8. Prepare a class schedule.
    a. Prepare a class schedule that includes the Face-to-face meeting dates and Zoom invites, and email this to your students, inviting them to your first class meeting.

    b. Print out your Face-to-face Meeting file for this training (you will find this on your dashboard with the other resource videos and available documents for your program). This document gives the codes that your facilitator will need to provide the students to move to the next step after the Face-to-face meetings.

  9. Host your Class
    Please be sure to access your dashboard for resources to do this. Some of these resources are also in the Mentor Notes section of the Course.

  10. Complete Course Survey Form
    Please complete the Course Survey Form, for both in-person and online courses. There is a link at the end of each Course in World Impact U, or you can provide a link to your in-person students here:

  11. Grade Student Work
    Refer to instructions as to how to do this.

  12. Provide Learner with Transcript or Certificate
    Refer to instructions as to how to do this.

  13. Completed Hosted Course Form:
